Having the Graehl Clan in Flagstaff

My family was so kind, took all that time to drive down, just to spend a few days with us silly folk in Flagstaff. It was so much fun. We had a full house with 10 adults and 4 kids but we fit and had so much fun. 

 We took them down to Sedona to see the pretty red rock. This is of us stopping at a look out point just before dropping down the canyon to get to Sedona. Silly Millie.

We wanted to hike a bit but it was hard with the kids so we decided to follow a trail by the park we had lunch at. Along the trail there were workout points which was funny.

Another day we took them to the Valle Planes of Fame Museum which was fun.

Barrett loved all of the planes, just like his dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa!

After the museum we headed up to the Grand Canyon. We got a few picture in before it began to pour. After hanging out in the visitors center and watching a short film, we were able to go out and get more pictures. This was Spencer's first time seeing the Grand Canyon.

The last day we headed to a local Art in the Park and got to see some fun stuff. It was sad to see them go but so fun while it lasted.

Thank you family for coming down and enjoying the last of your summer with us. We loved the fun meals, late games and laughing so hard, and cute kids. 

Hiking in Rainy Flagstaff

Sorry this post is a bit late, but I wanted to share some fun pictures from a hike we went on about a month ago. We were invited to go with some friends and it started out so nice. By the end we were drenched but it still was so fun.

This was the coolest mushroom I have ever seen.

Flagstaff is well-known for their beautiful yellow fields of flowers in August/September time. This was the start of them. I loved seeing them all around town.

Visit from Spencer's Dad

We were lucky to have Spencer's dad come down for almost a week. He brought down a washer and dryer for us that used to be their old ones. But they are nice and new for us. We love them. He helped Spencer in the yard and organized the garage a bit for us. We took him down to Sedona one day and hiked a bit then enjoyed some dinner and ice cream. We are so thankful that he took the time to come spend time with us. We were missing family a lot!!

More about Baby

Upon my sisters request I am posting pictures that include the belly and my face. Not that I was trying to hide before, but I do want to have pictures to show all the excitement that Spencer and I feel. This little guy is growing quick, or at least my belly is. He is moving like crazy, just like his older brother. I keep having these cute dreams of him and I can hardly wait to get him here.

The baby room is complete. It was completed about two weeks ago but we have had fun with family in town so I am finally posting pictures now. 

 No door to the closet so it is open.

 I decided to make some baby clothes dividers to help keep the sizes organized. Cost me only $1 to make 9 size dividers.

 Spencer was so cute and surprised me with this cute poster of the alphabet but it is fun and old. I don't know if you will be able to read it but they are pretty funny. It's in old English terms.
